Traveling abroad?

Norway Savings Bank provides 24-hour, 7 days a week, debit card fraud monitoring. If you’re planning to travel abroad with your debit card, please call 888.725.2207, so that we can put a note on your account. 

We recommend always having two forms of payment when traveling, i.e., credit card with a PIN, travelers checks or a travel card.

Resolving disputes

From the Bureau of Financial Institutions:

If you have a dispute with your financial institution regarding your deposit account, contact the financial institution’s consumer complaint representative or department and attempt to resolve the problem directly with the financial institution.

If the financial institution fails to resolve the problem, write a letter detailing the problem and the resolution you are seeking to:
